NIKO NIKOLADZE ABOUT BOULANGISM, LEGITIMACY AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE ILLEGAL SEIZURE OF THE GOVERNRMENT

Abstract

For the first time in Georgia, the views of the great Georgian thinker Niko Nikoladze (1843-1928) on Boulangism, legitimacy and the consequences of illegal government capture are analyzed, the essence of Boulangism, its supporting layers and anti-democratic essence, the negative and positive consequences and lessons of Boulangism, the peculiarities of Boulangism in developed and backward countries are presented. The final moral of Boulangism. It has been shown that Boulangism increases and elevates the political consciousness and experience of citizens, that after its collapse, it becomes easier for society to distinguish decent and reliable people from bad ones, make the right conclusions and choose the right orientation.
