CUSTOMER - CENTERED TECHNOLOGIES ROLE IN HOTEL BUSINESS

Abstract

Hotel Services and Satisfied Users are the most important elements of tourism products. Success and profit of any hotel is closely linked to its customer satisfaction. Their satisfaction can be determined as a rating based on comparisons of customer experience and their original expectations. Customer satisfaction is considered one of the leading indicators of the success of the hotel sector and play an important role as a company's future.


Satisfied customers for the hotel business are the ultimate goal of the work of all functional units. Concentrating on all the resources and all staff of the hotel should be focused on consumers, which is exactly what the customer focuses should provide additional profit (material or intangible).
